The Motus Teacher Training is not a weekend workshop or a box to tick. It is a full, intensive certification, ten days of immersive, in-person learning on the beautiful island of Bali, built for people who are serious about the craft of teaching Pilates.
The curriculum goes far beyond exercise repertoire. Students develop a genuine understanding of anatomy and how it applies to movement, learn to program sessions with intelligence and intention and build the cueing skills and teaching presence that make the difference between an instructor who is technically correct and one who genuinely transforms the people they work with.
The environment is deliberate. Bali was chosen not for aesthetics alone, but for what it does to the learning experience, removed from the noise of everyday life, fully immersed in a community of like-minded people. Students arrive as individuals and leave as instructors. Growth here is both professional and personal.
Two pathways are available depending on your goals. Both include the 35–40 hour online anatomy course completed before you arrive, plus 200 hours of practical experience woven throughout the program and continued after the intensive, so you graduate not just certified, but genuinely ready to teach.
